WDL’s ethos conclude that disputes should be avoided at almost all cost. However, sometimes it hits the fan. In such a case it is good to remember that the only persons who will win in a dispute are the lawyers – and they will ensure you that your case will require a lot of billable work to achieve a result that they cannot guarantee.

There are always better ways to solve an issue than going to court – although on a rare occasion, a full-blown dispute might be what is needed. Based on our experience, however, disputes can – and should – be settled out-of-court.
